"When we recently moved from an ultra-modern suburban house to a heritage home in downtown Victoria, we hired the team from Fabulous Home Staging to assist us with their move-in service.

“Amazing” and “Fabulous” barely begin to describe the result! Their eye for design, aesthetic flow and attention to detail were impressive. We are absolutely thrilled with their suggestions for the layout of our rooms, and their placement of our furniture & artwork. Liz, Susan and the Fabulous team provided us with a preliminary plan so that the movers could get most of our furniture into the “right” rooms; then, on the day of the “Staging For Living”, the team adjusted the furniture placement, selected and hung our artwork & mirrors, and carefully accessorized each room.

We could not have achieved such a beautiful feeling without their expertise. For example, by simply turning a table 90 degrees and relocating two tall cabinets to another wall, our dining room just ‘opened up’!  Prior to their visit, we rarely sat in our living room – after the work from the Fabulous team, we are using this room all the time! Everyone is gravitating to this area, as it is so open and comfortable. The hanging of our artwork was a delight. It is perfectly coordinated, and each piece is hung at the correct height. (I now realize I have been hanging my paintings at the wrong height for years J). The placement of colours and shapes makes the rooms connect beautifully, and we are enjoying our large collection of unique and treasured items more than ever.

I was impressed with the team’s knowledge, professionalism & ideas, and their ability to work with all of the things I loved. Our house is definitely a home now.

Many people wait until they are selling to “stage” their home. I would absolutely recommend that you consider “staging your home for living” as soon as you move into it. We are using every room in our new home and have found the transition from contemporary suburban to inner city historical Victorian, with the help of the Fabulous Home Staging team, to be effortless and delightful."
